Green Car Depollution has been awarded 'Equipment of the Year' at the Vehicle Recycling Excellence Awards debut ceremony.
The awards were a first for the industry and the huge turnout spoke volumes of the eagerness for vehicle recycling businesses to celebrate what we all do.
There were 15 categories, all of which had a some impressive finalists. Green Car had some very tough competition in their category, but their innovative Power range of ELV depollution & dismantling equipment took the prize.
Before handing the award to family business Director Oliva Hutchins, Business Development Manager, Izzie Hutchins & Operations Manager, Laurence Hutchins, the host Quentin Willson (Top Gear, 5th Gear Presenter) said of the company:

The event was a great success, and it was fantastic to see so many deserving businesses be recognised for their hard work and achievements over the years. It is because of some of these previously unsung heroes, that the industry is where it is today.
